Customization to meet your organization’s needs

We work with you to understand your organizational structure and user needs. Based on this, we turn on or off over 50 options to provide you with the right features. We also customize the design and branding to fit your corporate look and feel. If necessary, we may add custom features that could have a large impact on user adoption or value in your organization.

Integration with existing systems

You may have existing enterprise systems that should be integrated with Epernicus. We can help you integrate systems and also define an integration roadmap. Such a roadmap enables you to do some integration up front, achieve initial success, and then plan for deeper integration in the future. Pre-loading end-user data

You already have basic directory information about your end users, and you may have quite a bit more. We work with you to pre-load this information before launch so that your users can focus on adding high-value content. Information can be pulled directly from directory systems or uploaded via a manual import process.
